1. Reservations

Medellin Oasis is a luxury vacation rental located in Provenza, El Poblado, Medellín, Colombia. All reservation requests submitted through this site are personally reviewed before approval. No payment is required until a reservation request has been approved. Submitting a request does not guarantee a confirmed booking until you receive written confirmation from us.

2. Payments

Once a reservation is approved, payment may be made online via credit card (processed by Stripe) or PayPal (coming soon). Payments may be collected as a deposit, a monthly rent payment, or a short-term stay fee, depending on the type of reservation. We do not store your full card number or payment credentials on our servers — payments are processed directly and securely by our payment providers.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy — Short-Term Stays

Short-term reservations follow a Firm cancellation policy:

• Full refund for cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in.
• Partial refund for cancellations made 7–30 days before check-in.
• No refund for cancellations made 7 days or less before check-in.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy — Long-Term Stays (28+ Nights)

Long-term reservations of 28 nights or longer follow a Strict Long Term cancellation policy:

• Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days before check-in.
• After that window, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable.

5. Refunds & Disputes

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider and financial institution, and typically take 5–10 business days to appear. If you believe a payment or refund has been handled incorrectly, contact us at Bookings@MedellinOasis.com before opening a dispute with your bank or card issuer, so we can work with you directly to resolve it.

6. Guest Conduct & House Rules

• Check-in after 3:00 PM, checkout before 10:00 AM.
• Maximum of 4 guests.
• All guests must be at least 18 years old and present valid government-issued ID upon arrival.

7. Limitation of Liability

Medellin Oasis provides the property in good faith and takes reasonable care to ensure accuracy of the information on this site. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your stay, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Governing Law

These terms, and any matters relating to the property or your stay, are governed by the laws of Colombia, where the property is located.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date.
